Along the road from the Roma Hotel same side of the road, there are several street eateries which are quite cheap and offer a good range of food. There is also a cheap internet cafe in the area. A 711 is available nearby to buy beer if you want to drink this with your meal. Ask them to open it for you before you leave the 7-11.Keep in mind that you cannot by law buy alcohol in Thailand except from 11:00 to 14:00, and 17:00 to midnight. The 7-11's enforce it. The ma' and pa' shop next to 7-11 will not enforce it.
